The Memini Promise

Every Memini memorial is created specifically for one pet and one family. Because each plaque and QR code is unique, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within two hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever comes first. Once production has started, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind.

If your plaque arrives damaged, contains an error caused by us, or the QR code does not work properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or, when appropriate, a full refund at no additional cost.

If the plaque was created using incorrect information submitted with the order, we will offer a replacement at our cost of production plus shipping.

Digital memorial purchases are nonrefundable once the memorial has been activated or content has been added. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
