Questions people ask
What happens after I scan the code?
You'll land on a simple page where you add your pet's name, dates, a photo, and their story.
Once you save it, the page is live and shareable.
Can I edit the page later?
Yes. A private URL page (website link) will be emailed to you upon completion of the memorial page purchase. Anyone with the link can update the memorial. We highly suggest you save this email so you can continue to update the memorial site as you would like.
What if I lose the Memory Tag or the QR won't scan?
If you have misplaced the Memorial Tag containing the QR Code, you can continue to use and share the website link to the Memorial Page. If you would like to replace the missing Memorial Tag, please use the info on the "Contact Us" page and we can build and ship a new Memorial Tag with QR Code. Additional and replacement Memorial tags are $10 plus shipping.
When is the memorial page live?
The Public URL (website link) and QR Code work as soon as the purchase is complete. The full memorial Page will go public and is shareable as soon as you have added your pet’s detail and save/publish the Memorial Page. Directions for building the Memorial Page is emailed to you after the purchase is completed. You may need to check your spam/junk folder.
