Why We Give Back
A pet isn't a possession. It's a relationship. One built on trust, patience, and a kind of loyalty that doesn't ask for much in return. When you treat an animal as family, they give you something rare: a companion who's there for the hardest days without needing an explanation, who remembers your routines, who waits by the door.
That relationship only works one way. Animals depend entirely on us for food, for safety, for how they're treated every single day, not just when it's convenient. Humane treatment isn't a value we hold some of the time. It's the whole foundation of what it means to share a life with an animal.
We believe every pet deserves that standard, whether they have a family or they're still waiting for one. That's why five dollars from every Memini order goes directly to organizations doing the hard, unglamorous work of getting animals there – emergency care, senior dog hospice, disaster rescue, safe homes.
We built Memini to honor the pets who were already part of the family. Giving back is how we make sure more animals get the chance to be.
Charities We Work With
The Grey Muzzle Organization
Grey Muzzle funds programs across the country that care for at-risk senior dogs, covering medical care, hospice support, and adoption help for the dog’s shelters overlook most. We chose them because their mission mirrors ours: honoring the end of an animal's life with dignity, not letting it get lost in the shuffle.
American Humane
Founded in 1877, American Humane Society is the country's first national animal welfare organization – responding to animals in crisis, certifying humane treatment standards for farms, zoos, and film sets, and reuniting military dogs with their handlers. Their work spans far beyond companion animals, but the core belief is the same one Memini was built on: an animal's wellbeing matters in every part of its life, not just the parts we happen to see. We're proud to support an organization that's spent nearly 150 years holding that line.
Petco Love
Petco Love has invested over $300 million in adoption, medical care, and lost-pet reunification programs since 1999, working with thousands of shelters and rescues nationwide. They're one of the most established names in pet welfare, and we're proud to support their reach.
PetSmart Charities
PetSmart Charities has helped more than 11 million pets find homes through adoption events, grant funding, and disaster response support — and puts over 90 cents of every donated dollar directly toward its mission. Their scale means your $5 stretches further, faster.
